KNOWLEDGE

Ask your factory’s knowledge

Find answers in manuals, schematics, drawings, procedures, and past repairs—with citations and the original source attached.

Ask AI to bring the evidence together, coordinate the next step, and take the actions your role allows.

01 / ASK YOUR FACTORY

Don’t learn another menu.
Just ask.

Get the issue, the records behind it, and a next step your role allows you to take. Find a previous repair. Check the cited drawing. Create the work with its context attached.

WHAT WOULD YOU ASK YOUR FACTORY?

IQ can create work orders, build procedures, and find machine time.
Your role determines what it can do.

Factory context, already in the conversation.

Your manuals and drawings belong in the conversation, too. Retrieve answers from schematics, procedures, and repair history—with citations and the original source attached.

02 / FROM ANSWER TO ACTION

The answer is
just the beginning.

Find the issue. Make room for the repair. Then watch the restart and measure whether the change made a difference—with the evidence carried forward.

01 / FIND THE PRIORITY
Today view showing next actions across the plant and work that needs a decision

Bring the issue, machine, and assigned work into view. The team can see what needs a decision before planning the next step.

03 / YOUR PART IN THE WORK

One connected workflow.
A place for every role.

The operator notices. The technician investigates. The planner makes room. Everyone contributes to the same factory history. Choose your role to explore the tools behind the conversation.

    THE OPERATOR WORKSPACE
04 / PROVE IT ON YOUR FLOOR

    One machine. One real problem.
    A reason to go further.

You don’t need to decide on a whole-plant rollout to see whether this helps. Start with a question your team actually needs answered, then judge the result together.

    1. 01Bring one manual

Create a free workspace, add a machine, and upload its PDF. Ask a question you know matters. Open the citation and check the answer against the source.

      Try your first question
    2. 02Try one real handoff

Choose a recurring problem with the people who own it. Follow its context from request to investigation and closeout. Agree what a useful improvement would look like.

    3. 03Decide from the evidence

Review what the team could find, act on, and retain. Then choose the records, seats, and machines to bring next. Live machine connectivity is optional.

    BRING ONE FACTORY PROBLEM

Make the demo about your next decision.

Bring a recurring fault, a difficult handoff, or a report you rebuild every week. We’ll walk through the relevant workflow and discuss what a small evaluation would need—including your existing records and import options.

    05 / PRICING

    Simple pricing.
    Operators and requesters are free.

IQ, preventive maintenance, purchasing, and analytics are included in every seat. No per-feature add-ons.

    TEAM SEAT

    $90per seat / month

For technicians, planners, leads, and managers. 3-seat minimum ($270/month).

    OPERATORS & REQUESTERS

    Freeunlimited

Operators sign in at shared machine tablets, and requesters report problems and follow them. Neither uses a paid seat.

    MACHINE-DATA GATEWAY

    $90per connected site / month

Only when you connect machines. One gateway covers a site.

    1. Free to startOne team seat, up to 3 PDFs, and a monthly AI allowance. No card.
    2. 30-day team trialYour first team trial starts when you add a card. Machine-data gateways are separate.
    3. $90 per seat afterOperators and requesters stay free.
    06 / A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

    Before your
    first shift.

Something else on your mind? Email us and a person will answer.

Do we need sensors or machine connectivity to start?

No. Start with your people, machines, and work orders. When you want machine data, IQ Thread accepts readings from the on-site collector you already run over MQTT, so whatever it speaks (OPC-UA, Modbus, MTConnect, Fanuc, S7, EtherNet/IP) arrives without new PLC work. It also reads i3X servers natively, and wireless sensors cover machines that don’t speak anything yet.

Can we bring our existing maintenance history?

Yes. We map your machines, work-order history, PM schedules, parts, and people into IQ Thread. Imported closeouts become searchable case history, so IQ can answer from what your team has already learned.

How fast can it answer from our own manuals?

Upload the PDF and it indexes the text, tables, and page images. A typical manual becomes answerable, with page-level citations, in about a minute. Large or complex documents can take longer.

Does it work with our ERP?

IQ Thread runs the whole maintenance purchasing loop itself: requisition, RFQ, purchase order, and receiving. Shops without an ERP run purchasing entirely here. Shops with one keep financials in the ERP and use IQ Thread for the maintenance side. Tell us which ERP you run and we’ll walk through it on the demo.

Can IQ take action, or does it only answer questions?

Both. It can analyze live records and cited documents and find free machine time. It can also use role-checked tools to schedule authorized work, create or update work orders, and build procedures and PM plans. You see every tool result, and destructive actions need confirmation.

Does it reschedule production or maintenance on its own?

No. Both teams see the same machine-time schedule, conflicts, and free gaps, but an authorized person decides whether either schedule changes.

Do operators need accounts or their own hardware?

No. Operators share the machine tablets: tap your name and enter a quick code. Quick codes only open the operator side, and operators never use a paid seat.

Where does our data live? Can it run on our own server?

Cloud workspaces isolate each company’s database, documents, and search data, with nightly backups. If you need it on your own server, the same application runs as a dedicated single-tenant installation. We’ll walk through the exact data path before rollout.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

It stays yours. Nothing is deleted, the workspace founder keeps access, and you can export everything.
